Can I submit transcripts or letters of affiliation after the application deadline?
We cannot stress enough the importance of submitting all documents in the online application system prior to the application deadline. However, if you receive letters of affiliation, transcripts or the Foreign Language Evaluation after the application has been submitted, you may send the original documents to IIE in hard copy. We will make every attempt to include these materials with your application. Documents sent to IIE must note your full name, country of application and field of study. There is no guarantee that materials received separately from the application, after the deadline, will be collated with your application in time for the initial review.
