Can I submit my Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Authorization Agreement to CGS now?
Yes. In addition, CGS will also begin directly contacting all Jurisdiction 15 providers who are currently enrolled in EFT to solicit new EFT authorizations approximately 90 days prior to each segment’s implementation. Watch your mail for this important letter, which will include detailed instructions on completing your EFT Authorization form, and submitting to CGS.
