Can I submit links to files on mp3.com or another similar service?
– No. It would essentially be stealing their bandwidth to include such links. The exception to this is if you can get permission from the site administrator to include links to those files. This includes all sites that specifically gear hosting to audio files (ie. mp3.com, amp3.com, etc.) If you submit such a link, you assume all responsibility for compensating those site owners for any bandwidth used if they require one to do so. We have made a deal with AUDIOGALAXY.COM to allow you to post your songs there and link them here.
