The department review applications in late December, so applicants are encouraged to take the GRE or TOEFL no later than early November if they wish for their application to be given full consideration. It can often take a full month for scores to reach Stanford from ETS after the test date. Applicants should plan accordingly so that scores reach Stanford BEFORE December 6th.
