Can I submit Fan Films or a Film with Copyrighted Material?

We don’t generally accept “Fan Films” becasue they deal with Copyrighted characters, story, and music. You must have documented permission from the copyright holder to use any copyrighted material in your film. The festival can NOT accept any film using copyrighted material without documented permission or clearance.
