Yes. To do this, you would complete a separate resource data entry form for each piece of equipment, identifying the applicable dispatch center. Attach ALL resource data entry forms to your response to the solicitation. DO NOT submit separate responses to the solicitation for each of the dispatch centers, as your latest response will override any previous responses. EXCEPTION: When completing resource data entry forms for Fallers (Single and Module), Handwashing Stations (Portable), Portable Toilets, Portable Toilets (Wheelchair Accessible), Tents, and Refrigerated Trailer Units, only one form should be completed for each dispatch center. The number of resources being offered is entered on the form to illustrate the number of resources available within that specific dispatch center.
