No. Applicants to SESE and all other OISE graduate departments MUST apply through the OISE Registrar’s Office website application entry site: http://www.oise.utoronto.ca/ro/Graduate_Studies_In_Education/Applying_to_Graduate_Studies/index.html , item 6.
