Can I submit a request to add a purchase from a previous calendar year?
Unfortunately, we are unable to add previous calendar year purchases to your Worklife Rewards account. Missing transactions for purchases made within the current calendar year may be added at any time during the current calendar year, but must be added by January 3 of the following calendar year. Purchases made during a prior calendar year cannot be added. During the calendar year, you can carry over rewards from quarter to quarter if the minimum requirement is not met.
