Can I submit a letter of evaluation in place of the eForm Professional Evaluation or the Paper Professional Evaluation Form?
No, ADEA PASS cannot accept letters submitted on behalf of an applicant. ADEA PASS only accepts and processes evaluations submitted through eForms or on the ADEA PASS Paper Professional Evaluation Forms. Space is provided in those forms for evaluator comments. An application will be considered incomplete and processing will be halted until the evaluation is received in one of the two approved formats.
