Can I submit a fingerprint check before September 1, 2007?
No, unless you are required to under current rule, Texas Administrative Code ยง745.627. This rule states you should request FBI criminal history checks on persons who live outside of Texas or about whom there is reason to believe other criminal history exists. Except for that rule, all other requests for fingerprint checks should be done on or after September 1.
