Can I style or redesign the Woopra Live Chat?
We’re continuing to develop the Woopra Live Chat feature. Currently, the following customization features are available: • Name and Title: You can customize the name for the chat settings. We currently permit only one name per site, though you can change the name at any time. • Chat Color: Click on the empty Chat Color box to initiate the color selection menu. The two rectangles to the right of the color selection menu show you the before and after color choices. Click the small globe to select the color.To add your own custom hex format color, simply type it into the Chat Color box. • Avatar: Woopra allows you to add your own Chat Avatar to be seen on the Chat window. You can add as many as you like, with no file exceeding 4 megabytes file size. You can switch between the various avatars by clicking on them.
