hey mate weight training CAN stunt your growth clearly your afraid of this so tip is : PREVENT putting any weights above your head – putting weights above your head puts strain on ur growth plates in ur spine and can damage these plates which could prevent growth doing workouts like : leg press – puts a lot of strain on ur spinal plates which can damage growth also some shoulder workouts – where the weight goes above the head puts a lot of strain on ur spine also.
