Yes you can stream audio and or video media from a web site. BUT, this means that you can have some media relevant to your site’s message or purpose but not to serve as a library of media. For example: If you set up a site that uses audio or video streams as part of your sales pitch or news spot for your company that’s ok. Adding media to demonstrate your skills in producing media content or using the site to hone your skills in this area is ok. BUT setting up a site that is used to provide entertainment media or serve as a media download site would be abusive to a shared hosting environment and is not permitted.
