Can I store reactive CyDye after it has been dissolved in bicarbonate buffer?

0

The amount of reactive CyDye has been optmized to give a good labeling of cDNA, if less is used, this will have detrimental effects on labeling efficiency. The reactive CyDye is labile in water solutions and will lose its reactivity in a couple of hours. Hence it is not advisable to store dissolved CyDye for future experiments.
