Can I store or build any thing on Parklands?

You can not build anything on Parkland at any time. This includes decks, pools, beaches,etc. During the summer season you may not store, with the exception of temporary items such as chairs and tables, anything on Parkland. This includes storing power boats,water craft, and other types of vehicles overnight. In addition, you may not use Parkland as a staging area for construction materials and equipment to be used on your property. All of these will be removed at the owners/members expense. During the off-season, we do allow, with UGLPOA permission, members in good standing to store their boats on Parkland. They must be removed by April 1st of the current year.
