Can I stop the Quantikine/Parameter assay at any point, extend an incubation time, or change the incubation temperature suggested?

R&D Systems has optimized the assay for both incubation times and temperature. The kit has only been validated for the protocol described in the package insert. Furthermore, R&D Systems does “whole kit QC” which means that we cannot support altered protocols since they have not been tested in any other manner. We cannot guarantee the performance of our Quantikine ELISAs when the protocol supplied with the kit has been altered in any way.
