You are welcome to use any products that you are comfortable with. The V.O.C. regulations we mention pertain to our company and shipping to our distributors that are located in the affected states. Currently, you can only purchase non V.O.C. compliant products in quart size or smaller in those states enforcing the V.O.C. regulations.
