Can I still use my PCard and e-vouchers?
Yes. Departments are encouraged to use their PCard or e-vouchers rather than Purchase Orders for low dollar transactions that do not involve taggable equipment. Examples of purchases that would best be handled by these other procurement and payment processes include magazine subscriptions, membership dues and fees.
