That depends on what your college, administrative unit, or department says. If the choice is up to you, keep reading. Keep in mind that colleges, units, and departments will be moving to the Exchange services starting in September 2009 and continuing into April/May 2010. Until your college, administrative unit, or department is scheduled to start using Exchange services, you’ll keep using the same services you use now. Eudora: If you currently use Eudora, you may want to plan to switch to a different email application, because CIT will end support for Eudora on May 31, 2010. If you’re comfortable configuring Eudora to use the Exchange service, and troubleshooting it yourself should anything go wrong, you can choose to continue using Eudora for your email. Starting in June 2010, if you also need to use the campus-wide calendar system, you will be able to get to it on the web through the new service, Outlook Web Access.
