Can I still travel between Manette and Bremerton during construction?
Yes. The existing bridge will reamin open to all traffic during consctruction of the new bridge, with the exception of the 26 individual 24-hour closures and the four month closure.The Manette Bridge is one of two bridges spanning Port Washington Narrows in Bremerton. During the construction and estimated four-month closure of the Manette Bridge, motorists can use the Warren Avenue Bridge (approximately 1.2 miles northwest) as an alternate route.
