Yes. You may take your multivitamins at the same time as taking the pills of the Insulite Pre-Diabetes System except Pre-GlucX. Because it is a soluble fiber, the Pre-GlucX may interfere with the absorption of vitamins (and any other medications). To be safe, we recommend that Pre-GlucX is taken at least an hour before meals. Your vitamins can be taken at meal time with Pre-SensitX, RejuvenX and Meta-OmegaX.
