Yes you should continue to take your medication unless they have specified you to stop. Even if you are nil by mouth prior to an operation you can still take your medication witha sip of water, unless the doctors have told you not too. You will get a relevent result with the blood test for you when you take the medication, if you stop taking medication it can have an effect on some blood levels, this is why you should continue to take it, unless they said if they said you not to take it.
