Can i still lose weight like this or im i messing myself up?
I too tried the low carb low cal diet, I lost 30 pounds doing until some one explained to me that you also lose muscle because your body uses it as energy if you work out for more than an hour. I tried lifting weights and noticed I was a lot weaker than normal. I upped my cals from 1200 a day to 2000 a day and I’m lifting three days a week for 1 hour each session. I also walk to work when I can, or walk, bike, or jump rope for cardio. I’ve built a ton of strength and because of the added muscle I can eat more! Try it for a few months and see what happens.
