Can i still learn to tumble for cheerleading?
stretch everyday so you are very flexible. Find a friend who is good at tumbling and spend the day with her helping you. After I learned how to do a front flip, I learned other stuff fast. Try learning to do a handstand. You can start off by leaning your feet against a wall while doing a handstand. To learn a front walkover, you have to push off with your arms like you are doing a handstand and swing your legs over. Keep your torso still, and let your legs fall over and your feet hit the ground. To do a back walkover, you can start in a back bend or the landing position of a front walkover. Just push off one leg with a lot of power and swing your other leg up and keep pushing until you flip over. Sorry, that probably confused you.
