No. The USAF does not accept people that ever had a DUI. The Army and Navy do waivers for DUI’s. You have a decent test score and can qualify for some good jobs in either branch. You have to wait until after your court date and pay your fine fully before you can be eligible to enlist. Tough break you can’t join your first choice branch of service. But you still can enlist and serve and put this behind you.

You can join the military still as long as you inform your recruiter about the DUI. He will need to fill out paperwork(!) to get a waiver for you. The biggest thing is informing the recruiter about your DUI and what legal actions have been taken.
