Can I still improve my breastmilk output if it seems that the supply has stagnated?

Yes, you can improve your breast milk output, but first the supply of it needs to be increased. When I was living in the far east for a few years; someone made for me on many occasions a soup containing papaya & pork bones (with a little meat on the bones). I far as I can remember, no herbs or spices were added, the concoction was just boiled up in a pan of water. I’m sure you can add pretty much any flavouring you want though to cater for your taste. I would probably add chicken stock if I was making it. Apparently, it’s the papaya in the soup that increases the supply of breast milk. Please find attached a recipe with fish & papaya. I’m sure I’d find it far too fishy for my taste, but you could substitute the fish for something else, or add the fish with something else. The recipe will give you an approximate guide as to how it can be made. As far as I know, any papaya can be used, it doesn’t have to be green papaya.
