Don’t stress yourself, it’s DEFINATELY possible to get pregnant when you have fibriods. I have a rather large fibroid causing a bit of grief, but I’m 32 weeks pregnant. It can happen. As for your ovaries, I’m pretty sure that would not be related to the fibroid thing. Fibroids are (as far as I’ve been told) usually restricted to the uterus itself so I’m guessing that the problem with your ovaries would be a different issue.
