Not for free you can find vouchers, you can find a sliding rate, Your not going to find for free unless your surrender the cats to a shelter. The big problem is if you can not afford to get these cats altered, you shouldn’t own them in the first place, You just added to the over population of cats already.

If you don’t have the money for a vet – it makes sense to keep all cats and kittens INSIDE – so that they don’t get pregnant outside – and don’t get injured outside. Keep your kittens inside and away from pregnancy and harm. Or, you will have more and more kittens, which equals more and more financial problems, right? No, you can’t get your kittens neutered for free – but go on the internet and look for a homeless cat rescue group near your town. Call them and talk to them about the kittens – they can’t be neutered for 6 months – and sometimes the cat rescue group can get a good deal on neutering and spaying. Please be responsible. Thanks for caring about their little lives.

Call your local shelters and see what they have available. Most either have a free or low cost spay/neuter programs that have a price scale that depends on income. Our one local shelter charges between free and $50 for a spay (a bit less for a neuter) and that includes rabies and distemper vaccines. Other shelters give you a voucher to be used at a list of vets. Call and see what is offered in your area _ I am sure there is something.
