Can i still book and sit my practical test if my provisional has been seized to put points on it?
Speak to the DVLA and explain what happend,under certain circumstances the may return the provisional licence with six points on so you can take your test,but you cannot put a foot wrong (no more points) for two years before and after passing otherwise they will ban you, and you will have to do both theory and practical tests again.It depends on what the courts have said.
