Yes you can, but once you claim the “free domain name”, you are nolonger entitled to transfer your existing domain name to Seanic for Free. You may either choose to claim “one Free domain name” or “one Free domain name transfer” with every hosting account. The Free domain name transfer will extend your existing domain name expiry by one year if successful.
