Once you receive your card, it will need to be ‘activated’ before you can use it. This is to reduce the risk of your card being intercepted and misused on its way to you. To activate your card call 0800 369 8628. Opening hours are: Monday – Friday: 8am to 8pm. Saturday – Sunday: 9am – 5pm. Calls may be recorded and monitored for quality and security purposes.
