The Prime Contact for your BC OnLine account needs to be the first person to establish a simple one-time setup between your BC OnLine account and Court Services. The Prime Contact only needs to do the setup once, after which each person in the BC OnLine account performs the same Court Services setup for his or her BC OnLine userid. Each person only needs to establish this setup once. Once you have established this relationship, you can begin to use Court Services.
