Through our preferred lender program, we have joined with Prudential Ambassador Real Estate to offer a program that pairs you with one of the top selling agents in the metro area. We have also negotiated a lower commission rate for you. If you choose to use a realtor other than the preferred realtor program you will need to have your home sold 60 days before your new home is complete.
