You can use both Dialene 4x and VasoCharge but we do not recommend you take them at the same time. If you workout first thing in the morning we recommend you take VasoCharge pre-workout and then take 2-3 Sci-Gels Dialene 4x mid-morning and 6 hours later. If you workout in the evening we recommend you take 2-3 Sci-Gels of Dialene 4x upon waking and 6 hours later and take VasoCharge pre-workout.
