Can I split the dish signal to feed two Digiboxes simultaneously?

You can’t do this. You need a twin-output “universal” LNB on your dish. For future-proofing you might consider using a quad-output LNB. If you attempt to connect two receivers to one cable you are likely to damage them. Bear in mind that they are both “fighting” each other as one tries to supply the LNB with, for example, 17 volts and 22kHz tone and the other tries to supply 13 volts and NO 22kHz tone! Worse still, one receiver could feed reverse current into the tuner of the other receiver!
