Can I spend more money than I have on the Macy’s ReadyCARD?
No. However, sometimes a merchant will make a mistake and accept your Macy’s ReadyCARD even though you didn’t have enough money on it. Should this happen, you are responsible for this payment and an overdraft penalty fee will be assessed. Please refer to the Cardholder Agreement for more information. Note: It is important to keep track of your Macy’s ReadyCARD balance to avoid having purchases declined for insufficient funds.
