call your isp eg verizon comcast and tell them upgrade your package at a good speed 45 min for that is good unless you get like a 9 Mbit speed mine is 3 Mbit for 50 a month im in the bahamas also cable is faster than dsl if you have it you might want to switch ( it also depends where you download the file from if the speed at the other end is slow well there is nothing you can do .
