Can I speak to someone from the helpdesk or appeals and re-evaluation team face-to-face?
Members of the helpdesk and appeals and re-evaluation team are unable to deal with individual visitors to their office. The office does not have a reception facility and team members are committed to responding as quickly as possible to your e-mails and telephone calls. This process would be delayed if they had to deal with face-to-face visits. If you wish to speak to someone face to face, you can talk to your line manager.
