Can i sow flower seeds direct into hanging baskets?
Hanging baskets need to be arranged with plants for the best effect. By putting seeds in, you will get a less attractive end result. In fact, the seeds will all grow to the top (the light) and you will get nothing below. Which is what hanging baskets are all about. You can use sweet pea seeds though and instead of having them growing upwards they can trail down.
