Can I sort the data by City, Zip code or Phone number?
The standard format (TBB) support searching by keywords only and you can search by words in business names or categories. If you want to search, sort or export data by zip code, phone number or other criteria, you need purchase the raw data in MDB format and use MS Access or other database applications to build your own queries. If you purchase the raw data only version and you want to sort the data by categories, you may need do some join queries. The relationship diagram is included and you can check your database applications manual for more information.
