Can I skip a month of active pills to change my period?
It’s too bad you’re on the tri-phasic pills… if you were on the same dose every day you can manipulate things more easily. At this point (since you’re already into a pack) if I were you I would take the dark blue pills and skip the light blue ones. The reason is, the dark blue pills have the higher amount of the artificial progesterone of the 3 colours of pills and progesterone is the hormone that matures the lining and makes it ready to fall off… I’m not sure what will happen with one less week for maturing your lining (I suspect your bleeding will be lighter, perhaps to the point of just spots). I wish you luck In any case, once you get back on the next pack you should be fine (hopefully).
