No, your domain name must list NetRegister’s DNS (Domain Name Servers) as authoritative in order to sign up for NetRegister’s POP3 Email accounts. To sign up for NetRegister’s POP3 Email accounts, please to log into Domain Control Panel . Once you have logged in, click on the POP3 Emails link to sign up.
