Can I ship booth materials prior to the Techfair?

Please use the following guidelines when shipping material for the McGill Technology Career Fair. Failure to do so may result in deliveries being refused by the hotel or materials being unavailable when requested. Please arrange for your shipments to arrive no earlier than Monday, February 7, 2011 and arrange for pick up by 5:00 p.m. on Febraury 9, 2011 (after this date the hotel reserves the right to dispose of the material). Items must be clearly labeled and directed as follows: New Residence Hall McGill University 3625 Avenue du Parc Montreal, QC H2X 3P8 McGill Technology Career Fair Box # 1 of 2, 2 of 2, etc.
