Can I share MSDSs that I enter with other locations using MSDSpro?
Yes! MSDSpro helps eliminate MSDS redundancy by allowing users to share MSDSs, even if there is no network connection. The easiest way is with MSDSpro Enterprise. With Enterprise, any number of facilities can take advantage of one another’s data-entry work. For instance, if Facility #1 in California needs “Acetone”, and Facility #2 in Ohio already imported that MSDS, Facility #1 would not need to re-enter it, rather just open the MSDS already on the server. For other versions of MSDSpro, users can exchange all their MSDSs by creating MSDSpro Package Files and e-mailing them to one another (or put on disk/CD). This helps remote work locations save more time and money than re-importing and re-indexing duplicate MSDSs.
