Can I share licences between the desktop and web helpdesk?

No. The web helpdesk and desktop helpdesk can be used alongside each other but are licenced separately. In fact, many of our customers use both. They have web helpdesk licences for their end-users and field staff, and desktop helpdesk licences for their helpdesk operators. The web helpdesk can be accessed from any internet connected machine, whilst the desktop helpdesk has more user interface features to simplify the operators’ job.
