Can I setup my N-Gage and Bluetooth Adaptor such that I can use the N-Gage to surf the Internet using my home connection and not GPRS?
Yes – it is possible. Simply connect the N-Gage to the PC via mRouter. Make sure PC Suite can successfully connect to it (i.e. it appears under Known Devices list). Finally, just use any web software (like Agile Mobile, Opera, Netfront) setting Access Point to None, to connect to this gateway, except the built-in browser and Java Programs (which allows only real GPRS ones). The mRouter acts as a gateway for the Internet. WARNING: The G icon must NOT appear when trying this method. If it does, it means that you are currently using GPRS Internet NOT bluetooth internet. Proceed with caution. I will not be responsible for excess GPRS charges.
