No you cannot draw or prepare any instrument of transfer or charge for the purposes of the Land Registration Act 1925; or make any application or lodge any document for registration under that Act at the registry; or draw or prepare any other instrument relating to real or personal estate; or any proceedings under s22 of the Solicitors Act, 1974 for fee, gain or reward. You must be a solicitor or a licensed conveyancer or work under their supervision to work in this area.
