Can I set up GoldMine e-mail so that incoming e-mails receive an automatic reply?
Check out GoldMine’s e-mail rules. You can define one or more conditions for GoldMIne to evaluate when retrieving online messages. If these conditions are met, then GoldMine can apply the action that you define. To access GoldMine’s rule wizard, click on “Rules” in the e-mail center. Right click on “New Rule Set” and answer the easy to follow rules wizard questions.
