Can I set up, amend or delete Direct Debits online?
Unfortunately it is not possible to do this at present. Can I set up a Standing Order online? Choose the Payees option from the Main Menu and choose New Adhoc or Bill to set up the details of the standing order payee. Once you have set up details of the payee choose the Standing Order option from the Main Menu then New Standing Order. Complete the template and click the New Standing Order button. A standing order payment must be dual authorised before it can debit your account.
