Currently there are no quota facilities built into mod_dav. It would be difficult to do this while remaining platform independent because each operating system handles quotas differently. However, adding user and quota management independently into mod_dav has been discussed. Although no plans are currently in the works any user and quota management done by mod_dav would be in addition to the operating system and would not necessarily work in conjunction with it. —Ellis Teer (teer[at]sitepen.
